Cancellation before shipment

If you would like to cancel an order or product that has not yet been shipped, please reach out to us during our standard business hours and we can assist you.

To cancel your order, you can email us at [email protected] or give us a call on +91 91767 30500 within 24 hours from the time of placing your order.

Upon successful processing of your cancellation request, you will receive a refund within 12-15 business days depending on the product.

Cancellation during transit

If you want to cancel an order that has already been shipped but is yet to be delivered, please contact our Customer Support team during regular business hours.

If you have cancelled an order that has already been dispatched, kindly do not accept its delivery.

Once we receive the product and ensure that it is in its original packaging and condition, you will be issued a refund within 12-15 business days depending on the product.

Cancellation after delivery

If you want to cancel an order that has already been delivered, you can return the products to Axlerate FutureTech Pvt Ltd, 11/ 6 , Thiruvalluvar Nagar, MKN Road, Alandur, Chennai - 600016 within 7 working days after placing the request for cancellation.
